Q: My student’s bus is late, what should we do? 
A: Weather, traffic and mechanical issues can delay buses; we do ask that you contact the school, transportation department or All Town for any excessive delays. We can provide you with the most up to date information regarding the location of your bus. If a bus is delayed, All Town will assign a substitute to begin the route as soon as possible. In extreme cases, either the phone calling system will be utilized or the school will contact parents.

Q: What do I do if I left an item on the bus?
A: Check with the bus driver the next day or call All Town Bus Service, Inc (847) 674-0090, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., to check on the item.

Q: What if I am moving?
A: Contact your school office and they will take care of updating your information.
